Please read the terms and conditions carefully as you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with, and be bound by, the following Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to access and/or use this website, any pages thereof, or services from Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality. By continuing to use the website, any pages thereof, or services from Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

· You must be 18 years or over to participate in a Mediumship, Psychic, Medical Intuitive Reading, Hypnotherapy, or Intuitive Life Coaching.

· You have voluntarily decided to take part in this reading, energy healing, hypnotherapy session, or intuitive coaching.

· If you are under any medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a mediumship, psychic, medical intuitive reading, energy healing, hypnotherapy, or intuitive coaching Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality reserves the right to evaluate and make a decision on whether the session can continue.

· Please show up on time. Your appointment starts and ends at your allotted time. If you arrive late, that’s the time you will lose from the session. If you do not show for your scheduled time, and do not contact us, after 15 minutes your session will be cancelled and your money will not be refundable.

· If Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality misses the reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered an alternative time slot or a full refund.

· Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality may terminate a reading if

- She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.

- She feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to client.

- If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.

· Your fee will be refunded if Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality terminates a reading.

· Should you request an ’emergency’ appointment and if such appointment can be arranged, a fee of $50 will be added to a reading.

· The client takes full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, and/or spirit communication.

· All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.

· All readings are given with good and honest intent and in good faith.

· Mediumship, Psychic, Medical Intuitive Readings, Energy Healings, or Intuitive Life Coaching should not be used as a substitute for any professional, legal, financial, or medical or psychiatric advice, guidance or treatment. Should you require such services you will seek them on your own as needed.

· You are bound by the pricing and billing practices of Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality. All charges are payable in United States Dollars. Currently Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality provides for single payment options via Stripe. Payments will appear on your credit card statement as “Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality". Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality reserves the right to change its pricing and/or billing practices at any time, in its sole discretion. All of our regular offers and promotions are subject to change at any time.

· Laws oblige Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality to say that all readings are for entertainment purposes only.

· On behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality, including her agents, employees, officers, directors, employers, and any other person associated with Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a reading with Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality.

And further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you, as a result of your reading, attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose, including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality and her heirs, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, and compensation.

This includes, but is not limited to, all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a reading resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality or any person associated with Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality.

· You understand and hold harmless Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality and all persons associated with Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims.

· You agree that these Terms & Conditions supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter of this agreement.

· We may amend, modify, revise, and otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating the website without specific notice to you. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website. We strongly encourage you to periodically review the website for policy changes and updates.

· Jill Seabourne Southern Spirituality reserves any rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement.
