Hypnotherapy is not a single technique, but a flexible and responsive way of working that adapts to each person’s needs, readiness, and inner landscape.

Rather than following a rigid method, I draw from a range of hypnotherapeutic and transpersonal approaches, allowing each session to unfold organically. This creates a gentle, collaborative experience where insight and healing arise through listening rather than force.

Depending on what is present for you, our work may include:

Guided relaxation and focused awareness, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften into a receptive state
Conversational and metaphor-based approaches, inspired by Ericksonian hypnotherapy, which gently invite the subconscious to reveal its own understanding
Regression work, exploring meaningful memories or symbolic experiences — from early life or beyond — that may be influencing the present
Language-based awareness practices, helping identify and shift long-held patterns or beliefs
Transpersonal hypnotherapy, which honors the spiritual dimensions of healing and may include exploration of soul-level experiences, higher self awareness, or past-life symbolism

One approach that many find especially meaningful is Past Life Regression. This inward journey offers a way to explore themes, stories, or impressions that may arise from beyond this lifetime — not as literal answers to be proven, but as symbolic experiences that can bring clarity, healing, and perspective.

These sessions are approached with care, presence, and discernment. Many who are drawn to QHHT find themselves at a meaningful threshold — seeking deeper understanding, clarity, or a reconnection with their own inner wisdom.

Training & Professional Background

My work is supported by formal training in transpersonal hypnotherapy and years of devoted practice holding space for healing and inner exploration.

I received my professional hypnotherapy training through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and I maintain professional membership with both the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. I am also a Certified Level 2 practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT).

These trainings provide a strong and ethical foundation for the work I offer, while each session and client experience continues to deepen my understanding of how to hold space with care, presence, and respect for the individual journey.

I approach this work as both a practice and a responsibility — one grounded in ongoing learning, integrity, and compassion.
