Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Your scheduled time with Jill is set aside specifically for you. We understand that life interrupts us at times, and we need to make adjustments.
If you need to reschedule and it is more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can do it online through your email confirmation.
If you need to reschedule and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will need to contact me directly.
If you need to cancel your scheduled time:
• With a 72 hour or more notice, you will receive a full refund, less credit card processing fees.
• With a 72 hour to 12-hour notice, you will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund, less credit card processing fees
• With a 12 hour or less notice, you will not receive a refund.
If you do not show for your scheduled time and do not contact us, at 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your session will be canceled, and your money will not be refundable.
